- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation and is non-refundable in case of cancellation
- The remaining 70% can be paid upon arrival in cash or via bank transfer up to 2 weeks before arrival
- Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
VILLA RULES
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM / Check-out: until 10:00 AM
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villa
- Baby cot available upon request

- In rooms with a kitchenette, only preparation of hot beverages (tea, coffee, etc.) and baby food is allowed
- Bed linen is changed every 4 days
- Towels are changed every 2 days
- Free parking is available for villa guests
